Archiving and Preservation Policy
We know that in the International Journal of Holistic Research Paradigms (IJHRP), publishing research means not only the present, but keeping the information alive as long as the new generations are alive. Academic work is intellectual work, time, and invention and it should be protected and made accessible over a long period of time. Our Archiving and Preservation Policy is aimed to guarantee that all the published content is available permanently, safe, and recoverable.
Long-Term Digital Preservation
IJHRP will ensure that there is a stable digital backup policy of all published articles. We: to make the scholarly content long-lasting, we:
- Publish articles in safe digital formats in stores.
- Keep regular backups of journal information.
- Maintain metadata to be indexed and discovered.
- Provide stable and regular internet access to back issues.
We want to protect research against loss of data, technical breakdown or unexpected interference.
Permanent Accessibility
Articles in IJHRP are also available on the official site of the journal on our open access policy. Once an article is published:
- Here, it becomes an everlasting archive of the journal.
- It has assigned issue and volume details to be used to cite it correctly.
- It could be used in the future, and in scholarly purposes.
We do not retract published articles, except under circumstances where there are severe ethical issues involved, and even there, the policies of retraction are observed transparently.
Integrity of the Scholarly Record
The maintenance of research would automatically maintain its authenticity. IJHRP ensures:
- Published editions do not undergo any revisions.
- Any corrections, updates or retractions are well recorded.
- The academic history is open to follow.
This style facilitates safeguarding the reliability of this journal and credibility of the authors.
Commitment to Sustainable Knowledge
IJHRP is also able to maintain the continuity of scholarly discourse by adopting organised archiving practices. We aim to ensure that the current research is available tomorrow - and will not have to be repeated, but rather further enlighten, motivate, and enrich the future scholarship.
IJHRP is committed to keeping the scholarly record responsible, stable, and long-term.
