This study aims to investigate the impact of Flipkart Super Coins on customer satisfaction levels in Bengaluru. Flipkart is a leading e-commerce company in India, and Super Coins is a loyalty program that rewards customers for their purchases. The study will use both primary and secondary data to analyze the satisfaction levels of customers who have used Super Coins. The sample size was of 267 respondents. With the view of analyzing the data through percentage analysis and Pie Charts, correlation and regression analysis. The study will contribute to the existing literature on customer satisfaction towards Flipkart and provide insights into the effectiveness of the Super Coins program. The study also seeks to provide insights into how Flipkart can leverage Super Coins to improve customer satisfaction level. The findings of this study will be useful for Flipkart and other e-commerce companies with similar programs to improve their loyalty programs and enhance customer satisfaction levels.
